What is BOTOX®?

BOTOX® Cosmetic injection is a simple, non-surgical, physician-administered treatment that can temporarily smooth moderate to severe frown lines between the brows in people from 18 to 65 years of age. How does it work?

BOTOX® is a neuromodulator with an active component called botulinum toxin A. It is injected in very tiny quantities, into the muscle strands. It helps to halt the nerve signals that create constant facial movements that cause wrinkles and creases.
